Klärich "In appreciation of his distinguished service for the promotion of Rotary Movement and social welfare programs in the Republic of China and the world." An attractive enameled decoration featuring the iconic Mei blossom of Taiwan with ribbon and the original presentation box. Rolf J. Klärich was the owner and managing director of Oy Merijal Limited, a confectionary manufacturing company in Oulu, Finland. He was nominated as the President of Rotary International in 1980-81. Included with the medal is also a rice paper award certificate from the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of China.
