Koshu Ichibu Kin (Bu) ND (1716-1736) XF Detail (Chop Mark) PCGS, KM92, JNDA 09-87, Hartill-8.69 (ER). Produced by the Matsuki family. A rather rare provincial gold coinage, first introduced c. 1567 and, according to Hartill and despite the date noted on the holder, produced up until the Kyoho era (1716-1736). The present example appears well-centered with handsome red-gold tone in the recesses of the stamps, and the small chopmark hardly distracting.
