Japan Bank of Japan 10 Yen ND (1888) Pick 28s JNDA 11-27 Specimen PMG Very Fine 30 Net. A very rare Specimen, and currently the only example graded in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. Oversized hole punched cancellations and red "Mi-hon" overprints are easily noted.
