China Ta Ching Government Bank, Kaifong 10 Dollars 1.9.1906 (ND 1910) Pick A71r S/M#T10-3c Remainder PMG Very Fine 30 Net. An interesting remainder, apparently printed with a date and city of origin, but no signatures and serial numbers. However, when the serial number was added in red, the city was changed from Tientsin to Kaifong. Scarce in any grade, and despite being repaired, this example still has considerable eye appeal.
