China Deutsch-Asiatische Bank, Tientsin 10 Dollars 1.3.1907 Pick S295a S/M#T101-3d PMG Very Fine 25. A grandly sized example designed and printed in Germany. An effigy of Germania is featured on the face. As Germany withdrew most of its interests after the end of World War I, issues from this bank were redeemed in an orderly way, leaving any issued examples very uncommon. Both manuscript signatures on this example are excellent, with the light blue underprint colors still wonderful. Repairs and ink are noted. HID08701242017
