Cross crosslet, with saltire cross at center; all set upon globus above four steps; to left and right respectively, crowned facing busts of Basil, wearing loros, and Constantine, wearing chlamys / + ЬASIL/ C CωҺSTAҺ'/ ΠORFVROS'/ ΠISTOI ЬAS'/ RωMAIω' in five lines; above and below, – + –. DOC 17b; SB 1810. VF, patchy tone on obverse, flan crack. Broad flan, not clipped as are so many.
