LYDIA, Sardes. Circa 166-67 BC. AR Drachm (15mm, 2.81 g, 12h). Cistophoric standard. Wreathed head of young Dionysos to right / Grape bunch within ivy wreath; cornucopia above, monogram below. Nomos 17, lot 195 = Lanz 112, lot 225 (same rev. die), otherwise unpublished. VF, toned, rough surfaces, flan crack. Extremely rare.
