Anonymous, time of Justinian I, circa 530. Half Siliqua (Silver, 12 mm, 0.43 g, 8 h), Constantinopolis. Helmeted and draped bust of Constantinopolis to right. Rev. Large K with pellet to right. Bendall, Anonymous, 8c. Vagi 3051. Minor scratches, otherwise, very fine.


The crude style and low weight suggest that this could be a later imitation.
