CILICIA. Tarsos. 164-27 BC. AE (Bronze, 27 mm, 15.77 g, 1 h). Tyche, turreted and veiled, seated right, holding reed in her right hand; below, river-god Pyramos swimming right. Rev. TAPΣEΩN - ΦI / AΠ Zeus seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and scepter in his left. SNG Levante 978-987 var. (differing controls). SNG Paris 1273-1287 var. (differing controls). A lovely coin with attractive earthen highlights. Minor flan faults on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
