GAUL. Massalia. Circa 460-450 BC. Obol (Silver, 9 mm, 1.05 g, 12 h). Archaic head of Apollo to left. Rev. Crab; below, M. LT 511. Maurel 214. A beautifully toned coin with a wonderful Archaic head of Apollo. The reverse slightly double struck, otherwise, about extremely fine.
