IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right / P M T-R P IIII COS II P P, S C in exergue, Apollo seated left, holding laurel branch and resting arm on lyre. RIC 302. Large spread flan, some doubling in the obverse legend. Green patina. Very fine.
