CARIA. Tabae. Trajan, 98-117. Diassarion (Bronze, 27 mm, 9.53 g, 11 h). ΑΥ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ[ΑΝΟС] ΑΡΙ ΓEΡ ΔΑ Laureate bust of Trajan to right, with slight drapery on his far shoulder. Rev. ΤΑΒΗ-ΝΩΝ Demeter standing facing, holding scepter with her left hand and bunch of grapes and two corn ears in her right. RPC III 2288. Sharp and attractive. Struck off center on both sides, otherwise, good very fine.
