PISIDIA. Amblada. Caracalla, 198-217. Diassarion (Bronze, 23.5 mm, 4.87 g, 7 h), struck to commemorate the alliance (Omonoia) between Amblanda and Sparta. M A ANTΩ-NEINOC Laureate bust of Caracalla to right. Rev. ΛAKEΔAI-ΑΜΒΛΑΔΕΩ-N Dionysos, nude but for cloak around his shoulders, standing left, holding thyrsos with his left hand and pouring from a kantharos held in his right; at his feet to left, panther standing left, his head turned back to right; to right, behind Dionysos, Pan standing to left, holding lagobolon.
