Laureate head right / Sarapis enthroned left, holding scepter, extending his right hand toward Cerberus seated at his feet; L Є (date) to upper left. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 3994 (this coin); K&G 49.24; Emmett 2687.5 (R5 = Dattari 3994). Dark brown patina with touches of green, some roughness. VF. Extremely rare, none in CoinArchives (and only two for this reverse type, both dated RY 6).
