MESOPOTAMIA, Carrhae. Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 13.50 g, 5h). Struck circa AD 215-217. Laureate head right / Eagle standing facing on bull's head flanked by pellets, head right and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak. Prieur 820. Toned with underlying luster, a few deposits. EF.
