KINGS of MACEDON. Kassander. As regent, 317-305 BC, or king, 305-298 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 17.08 g, 11h). In the name and types of Alexander III. Amphipolis mint. Struck circa 307-297 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; Λ above torch in left field, monogram below throne. Price 461; Ehrhardt 25. Attractively toned, a few small marks on obverse. Good VF.
