Incuse of reverse / Crowned cruciform coats-of-arms around Order of the Garter; rose, thistle, and shamrock in quarters composed of arches ending in lis. Cf. SCBC 3893 (for rev. type). Toned, slightly off center. Near EF. Rare reverse brockage.
