AFSHARID, Nadir Shah, as king, AH 1148-1160 (AD 1735-1747), AR double rupi (23.10 gm; 27 mm). Nadirabad mint. Dated AH 1151. DM, A-2743, the mint town was a failed attempt to establish a new administrative suburb just outside the walls of Qandahar. Choice EF. Nice original find deposit. Scarce.
