ROMAN BRONZE Finial. Circa 1st century BC. -1st Century AD. (30.49 gm; 50mm x 30mm). This was a decorative bronze finial attached in a pair to the upper edge of a large bronze pan, a handle would go through these to hold up the pot. Wonderful original green patina. Excellent condition.
