Simply incredible and usually unfathomable quality for Pippin's coinage, rich variegated pastel colors accentuating the devices on the reverse, while deep, lustrous argent grays pair nicely with fiery russet hues on the obverse. Profusely studded with die polish lines, this specimen is sure to pique the interests of the condition-minded Carolingian collector. Sold with old collector's envelope.
