ISLANDS off THRACE, Samothrace. Circa 500-465 BC. AR Obol (9.5mm, 0.98 g). Sphinx seated left, raising forepaw / Quadripartite incuse square. Schwabacher, Fund 4; cf. HGC 6, 308. Darkly toned, scratches under tone on reverse. Good VF. Very rare.
