Some of the gods seen are Orpheus singing and playing his lyre, Zeus and his wife Hera; Hephaestus, the Greek God of Fire and Volcanoes; Hades boatman Charon; the three-headed dog, Cerberus and Hermes. F. X. Pawlik (1865 – 1906). He succeeded Anton Scharff as the first medallist of the Vienna Mint upon Scharff's death in 1903. He studied under both Scharff and Tautenhayn. Scharff's name is mentioned in the same breath with Oscar Roty, and Tautenhayn's with J. C. Chaplain.
