Obv: Helmeted head of Athena r. Rx: Owl standing r. on amphora, head front; ethnic and magistrates' names l. and r., anchor and star in l. field; third magistrate ???O?, I on amphora, ME below; all within olive wreath. A transitional obverse die, also used for the issue Winged Caduceus.
