George VI Specimen "High Relief" 5 Cents 1951 SP66 PCGS, Royal Canadian Mint, KM42a. High relief variety. Tied with 4 others for the highest graded by PCGS, none at the SP66 level graded by NGC. Absolutely glossy and brilliant, and intensely eye catching. Close inspection reveals cross-hatched die-polish lines in the fields as is typical for Canadian Specimens. Engraved in somewhat simplistic style and low relief, yet as sharp as can be possibly rendered by the dies in line with its special striking status.
