Victoria 25 Cents 1886 MS64 PCGS, London mint, KM5. Toned to a dove gray, with choice detailing observed over the Queen's portrait and just a touch of softness noted in the lower quadrant of the reverse wreath. Strong luster makes its presence known on rotation, as does mild chatter in the fields that precludes the gem designation. Rarely offered so fine, and bested by only a half point at PCGS.
