PHOENICIA, Aradus. Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 13.58 g, 1h). Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Eagle standing facing, head left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, crescent. Prieur 1275 (this coin referenced). Toned, a few deposits, obverse slightly off center. Good VF. Extremely rare, two known to Prieur (including this coin), and none in CoinArchives.
