Divus Augustus. Died A.D. 14. Æ as. 10.3 gm. 26 mm. Rome mint. Struck under Tiberius, circa A.D. 34-37. His radiate head left; DIVVS AVGVSTVS PATER / Winged thunderbolt, S C across field. RIC I 83 (Tiberius). Good Fine; red-brown and green patina with earthen highlights. Overall pleasing, with a strong portrait.
