D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, cuirassed bust of Arcadius facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / CONCORDI-A AVGG Θ over I, Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, scepter in right hand, Victory on globe in left, right foot on prow of ship; CONOB in exergue.
