Obverse: The Mother of God, en face, full-size,holding infant Jesus Christ on her left.
Columnar cruciform monograms in either side: ΘΕΟΤΟΚΕ/ΒΟΗΘΕΙ (Mother of
God/help).
Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines: + CΕΡΓΙΟΥ CΤΡΑΤΗΛΑΤΟΥ (+ Sergios stratelates,
the owner of the seal).
