Lead seal of Pantherios (7th cent.) Diam.: mm Weight: gr. Condition: VF. Holed at the upper part.

Obverse: The bust Mother of God, en face, holding infant Jesus Christ on her chest, a cross in either side, all within wreath border.

Reverse: Cruciform monogram within border, most probably reading as: ΠΑΝΘΕΡΙΟΥ (of Pantherios).
