56 gms. Commemorating the 100th anniversary of Bolivian independence. Obverse: Uniformed bust of Antonio José de Sucre facing right, head left; Reverse: Coat-of-arms surmounted by eagle and set upon canons and standards crossed in saltire; all within wreath. Edge: 18K. An attractive and impressive piece, exhibiting some darker spots of amber consistent with this fineness. Quite scarce, with an alluring matte nature to the surfaces. Compare to a similar ungraded example, which realized a hammer of $4,500 in late 2014.
