MIR-434/2 (R5). A VERY RARE pattern overstruck on issues of Ferdinand IV, the present example presenting muted luster beneath somewhat variable tone. A number of light handling marks define the grade, while the reverse exhibits clear traces of the undertype as well as a small planchet flaw. Rarely available, this type has appeared at auction only three times since 2006, based on our research, two of those three appearances being this particular specimen.
