An enticing array of coins and scrip from the famous leper colony on Culion island, both certified and raw, in the following denominations: 1/2 Centavo: 1913; Centavo: 1913, 1927; 5 Centavos: 1913, 1927; 10 Centavos: 1913, 1920 (2), 1930; 20 Centavos: 1913, 1920, 1922 (2); Peso: 1913, 1920, 1922 (2), 1925 (4---one of which is bronze). Scrip includes a denomination run from 1942 comprised of 5, 20, and 50 Centavos, as well as 1, 5, and 20 Pesos. Also includes one piece from Coron (1943, 5 Pesos). A great dealer lot or starter group for someone looking to enthusiastically begin collecting this fascinating area of numismatics.
