12.6.1950. Provisional Issue. Elongated Design. This scarce note, shows with the Medusa seal type. Of all the examples we have seen, in addition to the PMG population report, this is the ONLY note we know of that has an original "Q" designation as the only two on the PMG population report are VF examples without an EPQ designation, and our auction record research only indicate sales low quality Fine, or VF examples being sold.
