Printed by BFL. Manila. A rare design and by far the nicest that we can recall handling in a few years. The note shows on a deeply watermarked paper, strong signatures and two well embossed seals. A restoration noted by PMG. The note is formerly from the Pineda collection and has been restored since that offering with the upper right margin being reconstructed.
