A fantastically scarce item in higher grades and just the second of which we have had the pleasure of handling at this PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ grade level. The note is bested by just a single PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ note in the current population report. The note is found with simply overwhelming appeal with a solid impression of the design and strictly original paper throughout. Deep purple color makes up the intricate back design and the Central bank overprint and "VICTORY" overprint are both clear and well defined.
