A very interesting offering of this 10,000 Dinars 1996 design in that the SCWPM lists the note as having never been issued and known in Specimen form only though we know there are just a very small handful of issued notes. The one issued example we handled was in the VF range therefore this high grade gem 66EPQ Specimen is certainly a welcomed sight for collectors.
