1) Counterfeit 1/2 Penny, 1775.

2) Imitation Farthing, 1771.

Whereas "uttering false coin" was punishable by death, copper halfpennies and farthings were not legal tender and counterfeiting them was not a felony. A interesting pair that show far less evidence of circulation than their detail would suggest. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
