Dav-1611; KM-345.1; Schembri-1. A sharp example of this desirable type with clouds of luster surrounding most of the design elements. The obverse die has began to buckle and a crack stems from the rim at 9 o'clock into the left field. A few old scratches in the left obverse field show under scrutiny but have largely toned over. The surfaces are otherwise smooth, toned in steel blue and olive gold patina.
