A large format design is utilized with purple inks throughout and a popular note-wide vignette with laborers at seaside and large dragon flying above. The reverse also in purple with heavy amounts of lathe styling and signatures seals seen at left and right center. A repair noted by PCGS GSG in the comments section. Otherwise very pleasing throughout.
