A Dragon Seal at lower left and an Eagle Seal at upper left. Germania pictured at the right vignette with staff. Wonderful centering and overall detail despite the circulation. The reverse states issuer, obligation, and serial numbers with annotations on each side. PMG comments "Annotations, Minor Rust." A rare opportunity presented here for a Shanghai Branch collector as we have yet to see any variety of this type.
