CHINA. Shanghai. Bus Token 2 & 3 Cent Pair (2 Pieces), ND (1924). Both PCGS MS-64 Gold Shield Certified.
Lec-A1 & Lec-A2. Issued by The China General Omnibus Company Limited in Shanghai, "C.G.O. Co. Ltd." The company's first line, from Bund to Jing'an Temple, was completed in October of 1924. A second line was later built from Jing'an Temple to Hongkou Park. There were 1, 2, and 3 Cent Tokens produced, with the 1 and 2 Cents made of brass and the 3 cent made from copper nickel. Both tokens in this seldom seen offering are bright and in excellent condition.
