Pedro II bronze Pattern 100 Reis 1871 MS65 Red and Brown NGC, KM-Pn145, Bentes-E42.05. A glowing specimen presenting ample, sharp detail over well-kept surfaces, primarily red in color and darkening only in a pattern that borders the central crowned shield and wreath, resulting in a pleasing framing effect. This example represents the finest that has been seen by NGC, and given its scarcity it is difficult to imagine that this position will be contested any time soon.
