Al-Hassan II silver Essai 5 Dirhams AH 1384 (1965) MS65 NGC, KM-E46. A rare type with an unlisted catalog value in the Standard Catalog of World Coins. The only other example we could locate was certified below the gem level (SP64) and sold in a House Palombo Auction (Auction 13, Lot 607) for a total of approximately $6,200 based on current conversion. Scintillating luster abounds across the planchet, with a distinctive light brown tone displaying hints of iridescence gracing the peripheral regions.
