A silky and virtually flawless example of the type, struck to commemorate the Apollo-Soyuz test project between the United States and Soviet Union. The medal displays both English and Cyrillic text, as well as boldly-defined, raised design motifs. Though NGC does not provide records for the type, we know of no example that has certified finer to-date. Sold with case of issue.
