Hadrian (AD 117-138). AR cistophorus (29mm, 10.30 gm, 7h). NGC XF 4/5 - 4/5, overstruck. Uncertain Asian mint, AD 138. HADRIANVS-AVGVSTVS P P, laureate, draped bust of Hadrian right / COS-III, Bacchus standing facing, head left, emptying oenochoe in right hand over panther seated left at feet to left, scepter in left hand. RIC II -, cf. 485 (Bare head obverse and Bacchus with thyrsus instead of scepter). Host coin countermarked by Vespasian.
