Baden. Friedrich I 2 Mark 1896-G MS65 NGC, Stuttgart mint, KM269. A gem Mint State example lacking any soft of surface marks or nicks which are commonly seen on this issue. The obverse exhibits a lovely satiny sheen under a light tone of iridescent hues, while the reverse is more white with a tinge of champagne underneath which a shimmering luster pulsates.
