ILKHAN: Arghun, 1284-1291, AV dinar (5.22g), Dar al-Mulk Shiraz, AH[6]85, A-2144, lovely strike, extremely well-centered for this type, legends fully legible, VF-EF, R, ex Christian Rasmussen Collection. Shiraz remained technically under Salghurid rule, together with an Ilkhan governor, until the death of Queen Abish in AH684. This is the earliest purely Ilkhan coin of Shiraz.
