TENASSERIM-PEGU: Anonymous, 17th-18th century, cast large tin coin (61.44g), Robinson-, Phayre-Plate III.3 (obverse only), 69mm, mythical hintha bird facing right, with long tail rising above, extra feathers along its back, and holding a 9-leaf branch in its beak // Burmese ta-weh (for the city of Dawei in Tenasserim Province), bold casting, reverse mold slightly worn, EF, RRR.
