TANZANIA: Republic, 2-coin proof set, 2015, KM--, SET of two coins, AV 5000 shillings and AR 1000 shillings, in custom wood case of issue with COA, both graded by NGC PF-70 ULTRA CAMEO, set of 2 coins, ex Jerry D. Williams Collection. Stuck at the B. H. Mayer Mint and issued by the Asset Marketing Services, LLC and originally retailing for $3,995 for the pair. Struck in high relief in 0.9999 fine gold and 0.999 fine silver, and containing 1 troy ounce each. Appealing high relief design of a Serengeti Elephant. It is not likely many of these were sold given their high issue price; a great opportunity to add examples of these attractive coins so soon after issuance. Both slabs tied for finest graded at both PCGS and NGC.
